SMS / Text Messaging
We offer text (SMS/MMS) messaging so that clients and prospective clients can communicate with the Firm about their matters. This section describes how our messaging program works.
Consent
We send text messages only to individuals who have an existing or prospective relationship with the Firm and who have provided their mobile number and consented to be contacted by text—whether by entering their number on our website, or verbally during a phone call or in-person consultation. We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party or public contact lists.
Types of Messages
Messages are conversational and matter-related. They may include appointment scheduling and reminders, case-status updates, requests for documents or signatures, and responses to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies depending on the needs of your matter. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out and Getting Help
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and we will not send you further texts. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that support our messaging operations (such as our telephony provider) solely for the purpose of delivering these communications, and as otherwise required by law.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf (for example, case management, telephony, and email providers), who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services.

As stated above, mobile opt-in and text messaging consent data are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Attorney–Client Confidentiality
Information you share with the Firm in connection with a prospective or existing attorney–client relationship is also protected by applicable rules of professional conduct governing attorney–client confidentiality. This Privacy Policy supplements, and does not limit, those protections.
